Professional Learning Partner and Ed Tech Consultant with expertise leading digital and personalized learning experiences around innovative pedagogy, blended learning, and technology integration. My competence has been in significantly developing professional learning to help 2,000+ faculty and support staff to go Google as an enterprise while integrating iPads and Chromebooks into classrooms. I envision a path forward and energize the schools to achieve tremendous growth.
With long success experience, I have significantly contributed to the growth and development of the projects I have been associated with. I provide value as a specialist formulating and implementing tactical initiatives to contribute towards improving understanding of instructional design from kindergarten learners to adult learners. Along with providing leadership and direction to support crucial projects, track progress, assess risks and construct impressive deliverables, I also work closely with executives and senior management throughout the schools/organizations.
With advanced technology and its impact on student learning, I seek to be part of a team working that improves engagement and educational outcomes for those studying in the field. I have an innate ability to stay ahead of the curve of rapid change in teaching, instructional design, and professional development. I deeply engage in varied initiatives for achieving smooth deployment of technology and project completion. Skilled at motivating and leading a large group of teams, I influence executive leadership to achieve vision and objectives.
